All hardwood floors require a topcoat that protects the flooring, while also enhancing its beauty.
Commercial hardwood flooring is available in two finishes: unfinished and finished. Unfinished hardwood flooring is flooring that is provided by the factory unfinished. A finish is then applied on site, including sanding, staining and finishing. Unfinished hardwood flooring is more difficult to install. However, it can be custom stained to fit any interior.
Prefinished hardwood floors may also be available in different finishes to suit the interior of your business. Polyurethane, oil-based and water-based Urethane, natural varnishes, shellacs, and UV coating are all available. Our UV coating reduces the drying time to just a few hours and provides a four-times longer finish than other traditional finishes.
