Our work is inspected with a keen eye on quality, safety and communication. Many projects require a dedicated site supervisor. Our on-site supervisors use specialized software for project management to provide them with real-time information.

Our site managers are responsible for the work that is done on site. They are the point of contact for several crews, foremen and have decision-making power on site.

The benefits of managing a project in-house are numerous. Our site managers are responsible for quality control, general material management and coordination with the client. This includes pre-inspection and logistics, coordination with clients and other trades as well as self-punch lists for installers and site cleanup.

Their list of responsibilities includes scheduling and planning, communication with the general contractor in full, supervision, safety and documentation. Our customers only have to deal with one spokesperson, instead of multiple crews or complex sources of info.

We are committed in providing a safe working environment. Our site superintendents are OSHA 30 certified and have a detailed safety plan in place.
